  • AI artificial intelligence system was officially applied and the first order was obtained

After long-term testing and use, this system can greatly improve the detection accuracy of the step electrode automatic inspection machine, and increase the recognition accuracy by more than 10 times, which has been fully recognized and praised by customers.   The official use of this system has made our company one of the first high-tech enterprises in China to apply AI technology in the field of industrial vision. The application of AI technology will enable machine vision to surpass existing solutions, be competent for more challenging applications, and help improve user productivity and product quality. It is consistent with the general trend of the country to vigorously promote the integration and development of artificial intelligence and manufacturing industry.   • Our company was awarded the certificate of integration management system

    On December 27, 2018, our company successfully passed the system certification of the "Requirements for Information and Industrialization Integration Management System" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China through early active preparation, and obtained the evaluation scope: "Xiamen Fuxin Optoelectronics Integration Co., Ltd., located at No. 30, Guanri Road, Phase II, Software Park, Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, engaged in integration management activities related to the construction of R&D process control capability".   The integration management system of industrialization and informatization is a standard issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Based on the ISO quality management system standard, it helps enterprises to establish a set of integration management system of industrialization and informatization. It follows the nine principles, standardizes the relevant processes of integration of industrialization and informatization, continuously monitors and improves the performance of integration of industrialization and informatization, so as to obtain new capabilities in the information environment required by sustainable competitive advantage.   For the smooth progress of integration of industrialization and industrialization, our company has hired Xiamen Biqin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to provide standard implementation consulting and service guidance. On April 9, 2018, Weng Desheng, the top management (general manager), personally presided over the standard implementation kick-off meeting, and appointed Hong Yade, the company's deputy general manager, as the management representative of the integration management system of industrialization and industrialization. Through the implementation of the integration management system and the construction of new capabilities, the compliance, suitability and effectiveness of the system are verified.   This certification provides scientific and effective methodology and operational guidance for the company to obtain sustainable competitive advantages, analyze and build new capabilities.   • The company's project won the 2018 Fujian Intelligent Manufacturing Key Project

    In recent years, Fujian Province has vigorously promoted the development of intelligent manufacturing, promoted industrial transformation and upgrading, and promoted the application of the new model of intelligent manufacturing. A batch of enterprises with outstanding intelligence level in products, production processes, management, services and other fields have emerged all over the country. Among the projects recommended by various places, Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized, prepared and issued the Notice on the Second Batch of Key Projects of Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing in 2018. Fuxin Optoelectronics "LCD micro scratch intelligent detection equipment based on artificial intelligence technologies such as image recognition and deep learning", as the first major technical equipment certification project of provincial intelligent manufacturing province, was successfully selected into the "Second Batch of Key Projects of Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing in 2018", which is the affirmation of relevant government departments for Fuxin Optoelectronics' achievements in innovation and upgrading over the years, and also provides strong support for the company's future comprehensive development.   It is reported that in 2018, the second batch of key provincial intelligent manufacturing projects totaled 68, including 38 technical innovation projects and 30 first (set) projects. The projects listed in the provincial smart manufacturing key project library this time are in principle the key support objects of the provincial smart manufacturing special funds, and also the priority recommendation objects for applying for national smart manufacturing related projects. Local supporting policies also give priority support to provincial smart manufacturing key projects. Over the years, Fuxin Optoelectronics has always been driven by independent innovation. The LCD micro scratch intelligent detection equipment developed based on artificial intelligence technologies such as image recognition and deep learning has achieved good results in the use of large flat panel display manufacturers such as Youda Optoelectronics, Tianma Microelectronics, and Zhonghua Picture Tube, which can significantly improve the detection efficiency of intelligent detection equipment and reduce the work intensity of detection personnel. With the application of our AI technology in this product, the detection accuracy can be improved by more than ten times, which will make the performance of existing image detection products leap qualitatively. We will base ourselves on manufacturing industry and replace manual inspection. In visual inspection, AI artificial intelligence is integrated to enable it to surpass traditional solutions and be competent for more challenging applications. On this basis, we will expand the application of industrial robots and realize smart factories.

  • Good news: Fuxin Optoelectronics has added "national invention patent"“

    Recently, Xiamen Fuxin Optoelectronics independently developed "a step electrode automatic inspection machine" and "an image acquisition system for LCD edge detection along the road", which won the "national invention patent" granted by the State Intellectual Property Office. So far, Fuxin Optoelectronics has obtained more than 50 national intellectual property patents.   Step electrode automatic inspection machine is a key equipment for intelligent detection of complex circuit defects behind display panels (including TFT-LCD, OLED, Micro LED and other displays).   • Our company won the certification of intellectual property management system

    On August 25, 2019, our company successfully passed the system certification of GB/T 29490-2013 Code for Enterprise Intellectual Property Management through early active preparation, and obtained the certification of "display panel defect machine vision online detection equipment, display panel artificial intelligence defect detection system research, development, production and sales of intellectual property management".   The Regulations on Enterprise Intellectual Property Management was drafted by the State Intellectual Property Office and approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China. It is intended to enable enterprises to establish a systematic and complete intellectual property management model, effectively control all intellectual property activities in the production and operation process, and comprehensively improve the ability to acquire, maintain, use and protect intellectual property rights.   Fuxin Optoelectronics has obtained, is applying for and is researching nearly 100 invention patents, and really needs a complete set of intellectual property management system to escort technological innovation. Under the attention and organization of the company's leaders, Su Wuyang, the intellectual property system specialist, organized all employees to learn the intellectual property management system, carefully conducted a comprehensive analysis of the company's intellectual property status, including R&D, design, procurement, sales, production and other links, and organized the establishment of intellectual property management system documents, which were released for trial operation on January 8, 2019. The internal audit and management review were completed in the middle of April after three months of trial operation, and the compliance, suitability and effectiveness of the system were verified through the implementation of the intellectual property management system.   In the one-day strict external audit process, the relevant work of Fuxin Optoelectronics' intellectual property management was recognized by the auditors, and the review team agreed that Fuxin Optoelectronics had established a sound intellectual property management system, with clear intellectual property policy and objectives, clear responsibilities of department functional personnel, and serious and comprehensive internal audit, which met the requirements of enterprise intellectual property management specifications.   The winning of the "Certificate of Intellectual Property Management System" will further promote the process of independent innovation and independent research and development of Fuxin Optoelectronics, and it will also be another milestone in the company's development history.   • "Step electrode automatic inspection machine G4A series products" was recognized as the first intelligent manufacturing equipment in Fujian Province

    Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province announced the list of the first intelligent manufacturing equipment in Fujian Province in 2019. Xiamen Fuxin Optoelectronics Integration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuxin Optoelectronics") and other seven units stood out among many projects and were recognized as the first intelligent manufacturing equipment project in Fujian Province in 2019. This product has 2 patents for invention and 8 patents for utility model, integrating optical, mechanical, electrical, software, artificial intelligence and other technologies. The defect characteristics of the circuit components of the display panel have very low contrast, fuzzy edges, defect size may be less than 0.01mm2 and easily covered by the surrounding lines. Due to the interference of fatigue, subjective influence and other factors, it is difficult to meet the requirements of high efficiency and high accuracy in human eye detection. Therefore, it is particularly important to automatically and intelligently detect the defects of the display panel step circuit components. The equipment consists of four system modules: material loading system, electromechanical control system, image acquisition system, image recognition system, etc; In the electromechanical control module, we use PLC neural network self-learning control pulse laser ranging technology to achieve automatic focusing; At the same time, in the image acquisition module, we innovatively adopted the optical auto focusing system and DIC optical differential interference technology to achieve high-speed acquisition of high-resolution images. In the image recognition module, we use the traditional image recognition algorithm and the AI artificial intelligence depth learning compound technology of depth learning to detect defects, greatly improving the detection accuracy and speed; Finally, the detection resolution can reach up to 1 μ m/pixel, reducing the miss detection rate to 0, and the single chip detection time within 12.3 inches is ≤ 10 seconds.
